EASTER TIME.

Hi everyone ,
Thought I would put my Easter Blog on  now .
Well what do you know , after a really cold weekend last week this week is hot yes hot  ! I just looked at the temps  at the top of the garden and it was 95 can you believe it ,we have worked in the garden most of yesterday and today , the tomatoes are already growing in our little green house , photos next time .
I am so excited to tell you we have a garden warbler now nesting in my box next to my window , oh my he sings just beautiful songs he is small and beautiful , he is also so quick and very shy.

We have treated our selves to ice cream yesterday and today to cool us down.
I hope you are all having a lovely time ,we never go out at holiday time , living not far from the sea and the race track  people flock to our towns so the roads are very busy , so we stay put and enjoy after the people go home.
Well I have two little pillows to show you today one Spring and one Summer .
The first one here , by one of my favourite designers sweet Dany.

I love to add a bit of lace to some of my stitching , thank you Dany for the lovely chart.

Stitched on 28 ct and DMC threads  .

  12. Happy Easter June! I cannot believe the weather we are having. Obviously yours will be a lot warmer down where you are but this hot at Easter? I am hoping it is a sign of a very hot heatwave later like we had last year!

All your finishes are so beautiful as always. I have missed seeing your lovely stitching but I am hoping to keep up with visiting and blogging myself.

  17. What a lovely Easter post June. Your stitches are all so lovely. I especially love the first little bunny...adorable. You received some more very pretty cards too. Your gorgeous gardens always amaze me. The flowers are all so beautiful. I hope you had a wonderful Easter. We had a terrible storm here and lost power from Good Friday to Easter but it is finally back on. RJ@stitchingfriendsforever

  20. I hope you had a lovely Easter, June! At least you had some nice warm weather--ours was rainy, cool, and dreary. It really didn't feel much like Easter this year especially with only one of our sons home...

I do love that sweet bunny design by Dany--you did a wonderful job with all of your Easter finishing this year! And your garden--wow! What can I say? You obviously have two green thumbs (and an amazing climate!!). Hope you have a wonderful week, my friend ♥

  21. Your new Easter pillows are really sweet.
The warmth has been so welcome this past week, but all good things come to an end and the weatherman just told me the next few days will see some rain, my garden needs it badly so I am happy for it to come.
    love and blessings x

  23. Your garden is breathtaking! Wow!

Love the spring and summer finishes. Perfect fabric choices for the backs.

I don't blame you for not going out. Your garden is so lovely, I'm sure being home is a constant pleasure. We have had a lot of people move to Boise in the past few years and the city is experiencing growing pains. We live in a busy part of town and some days, especially Saturdays, it's more fun (and a lot more safe) to stay home.

    Have a lovely day!

I long for warm weather, possible snow this week-end ick.
