JUNE

Oh here we are already well into the month of June !  and very HOT The year is really passing  by so fast . hopping it slows down a little , I say this most years but this year I seem to be playing catch up yet again.

So far a very busy month . It was also my birthday, lots of beautiful cards from friends , thank you all so kind of you  .

This will be part 1 of  2 so I can show you all the lovely cards .

There are Cross stitch ones and lovely hand made ones .

First up I finished the book mark , and started some more new stitching , my WIP will have to wait until I can get back to it.

Found this chart in a very old book , and stitched it on perforated paper , which I love stitching on , It's made a lovely book mark for a friend . I backed it with felt .
I have loads of old cross stitch books , which  need to go so I have , been going through them and found some  charts I will keep .
Then the rest have to go , down at one of our  clubs , they just take up to much room .
Next up a Jigsaw called Sunset cottage , just had to have this one .
So some thing goes now before I buy any thing else , that won't last long Ha .

It's a photo of a thatched cottage , we still have a few of these where we live , so pretty .

Now some beautiful hand stitched cards from my sweet friends .

   Stitched by   Andrea              and         Manuela.

 By   Gabi                       and                               Carol

                                                          and Jutta .

There will be more soon.
Thank you to all who send me cards your friendship means the world to me .
I love to see all your stitching , photos , and your friendship over the last few years ,

I WILL BE BACK very soon to show you more
Cut roses from the garden.

Always something new in the garden,

I really love your bookmark--pansies are such sweet flowers and your purple felt is perfect as the backing. We are FINALLY getting some sun here today--it's just been a dreadfully rainy cool spring. Your roses are amazing--such a wide variety of pretty colors. Enjoy your week, my friend! ♥
