Hi everyone .
So here we are into July already .
I still don't know why the time is flying by so quick .
I can't get my head around things , July is the time I start my Christmas stitching , but I still want to stitch some Spring and Summer projects .
Our weather is a little cooler and we have had a few spots of rain but not very much at all.
Now it is raining allot just what we need .
A short post today , my days are very busy at the moment so time is so sort .
I hope you are all now having some lovely sunshine.
This chart little was sent to me my one of my lovely friends and I have been so keen to stitch this , I still have a little more back stitch to do , and when I do find some free time , I will start to do my finishing I must have a box full now .
Plum Pudding Needleart called Gardeners Motto
I have sorted the fabric out , do you think it will go well with my stitching
I think it picks up the color ok .
So now I wish you all a good week and leave you with a walk around the garden ,which is very hard work this year with the strange weather .
Your garden is going to look even more amazing after all this rain! The plants will all be triffid sized!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing all the Birthday pictures too, you did get some lovely cards and presents.
Serendipitous Jo
I love the Gardeners Motto June & love your garden too. Glad you are getting some rain at last. xx
ReplyDeleteThe gardener motto pattern is pretty and the fabric matches the motif perfectly.
ReplyDeleteIt also rained once last night for us, we have enough water for today and the sun comes out and shows whether it will be really warm? I do not think so
enjoy your week
Hugs Martina
Hello June,
ReplyDeletea lovely pattern and it looks so beautiful.
Wonderful photos from your garden.
Today it will rain, but at the weekend it will be hot and sunny.

Your stitchery is beautiful and you chose the fabric well. Your garden is blooming and greening very luxuriantly. Unfortunately, it hardly ever rains here.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your week, hugs Andrea
So many lovely flowers in your garden that I've never seen here, June! You have such a green thumb! The little stitched piece is perfect for you and I love the fabric that you chose to accent it. Hope your rain lets up soon! Enjoy your day, my friend ♥

I was just wondering about the time also. I can't believe the year is half over already. What a cute gardening sampler, it looks great! I bet the flowers enjoyed the downpour! Have a great week.

ReplyDeleteHave nice summer days love EvaH.
Dear June, your garden is amazing! I bet the weeds don't stand a chance!
ReplyDeleteFor my wilderness garden I need a different sign:
Plant the seeds
which bugs will eat.
Pull the weeds
which come back indeed!
Happy July to you,
Ursula
ReplyDeleteHello June: What a beautiful design, I dislike back stitching but do it.
ReplyDeleteSummer is slipping away for sure.
Thank-you for sharing your beautiful gardens.
We are 7 inch's short of rain this summer so far, very dry.
Catherine
Les fleurs de ton jardin sont magnifiques.
ReplyDeleteIci, nous avons très chaud et peu de pluie.
Câlins chère June
