Almost Easter .

Well Easter is rolling in very soon. I thought I would get ready early for Easter , but no ! it as been so dull and none stop rain for weeks now 'with a tiny bit of sun .

Very depressing , if I want to stitch I cant see to stitch , it's so dull .

So I am now doing some useful things , like sorting  I have given bags of goodies away , that I know I will never stitch  and others will to the girls from my old club they love it. I have also found loads of stitching I never got to finish , which I love and will be stitching . I am so enjoying the sorting . I am going to meet up very soon with some ladies who knit for charity , so I have sorted out loads of toy patterns . They do some beautiful work for charity . I also found a load unfinished smalls that I need to put together.

So looks like Spring will be so busy for me .

This week I have been working on this  cute one. I always pick up my WIPS at the start of the year, and put a few more stitches into them . There is no rush to finish them , they will be left to my many GGC in the future .

I am also stitching Easter cards that I can't show you at the moment.
More flowers from Hubby , trouble is he now has hay fever .

So now I will leave you with the signs of Spring and very wet garden we seem to have rain every day now. Flowers love it but we are wanting and waiting for dry days . Enjoy your week.

The flowers are so pretty, but sorry hubby got hay fever.
We had 1 day of rain, but now snow is predicted, the temps here go back & forth.

  3. I'm sending you a bit of sunshine, it's coming through here every now and then, and the temperatures are very pleasant right now.
    Sweet your new WIP.
I'm also enjoying my flowers in the garden at the moment, the daffodils are already showing up, and the imperial crowns won't last long either, the garden is waking up more and more.
    Enjoy your week, Martina

  8. It's true, dear June, Spring starts today and Easter is around the corner! Here finally a beautiful sunny day, after the rain passed. The little mouse you are embroidering is delicious and the flowers are beautiful as always. But do you know that with the spring season I too am sneezing and having watery eyes today? I'll start on the antihistamine soon.
    A hug, ciao Susanna

  9. It is nice when you can give things away to people who will use and appreciate them. That is a cute stitching piece. All those pictures of spring coming in are uplifting!

  10. The buds are certainly blooming as spring arrives even though it's so rainy. I'm hoping we've had all the dull days and spring will bring sunny days in the garden

  14. Our weather has been so up and down this March. Unfortunately, it's turned very cold and we even had to cover up the tulips and daffodils at night due to the heavy frost. Your flowers are looking delightful, June! As is your little mouse stitching. I hope you have a lovely weekend as you prepare for Easter! ♥

  18. Hello June, I hope you will finish the little mouse stitching as it promises to be a really cute picture. Once again lovely flowers. Recently I purchased a little bunny (cream) pitcher at my local "charity" shop, following your idea for using it als a vase. Just not enough flowers, yet, to fill it.
