Weather up and down .

Another new week ,  this year passed quicker than any other .

Even the days sail by so fast .

The weather is up and down some days sunny and hot , and others cool and damp , two days never seem the same this year , apart from Spring and that hit us with a few weeks of very hot weather .

It was another very busy week , that's my life at the moment so many things to do.

We have just got back from town , a few bits of shopping wanted , we did have our lunch out so that saves me time from cooking , we like to eat out twice a week if we are free . When you retire it's good to have some free days together .

Well the weekend I was looking forward to the woman's football , willing on England to win , but alas it was not our year to win

, but congratulations to Spain . Then I watched our team  Chelsea and they lost .

So I eat some chocolate , That made me feel better .

Ok lets get back to stitching , not allot of that this week but I have almost finished

BEARY CHRISTMAS BY Lesley Tear , from cross stitch  gold .

A few stitches and then the backstitch so he is almost done .

I just showed my hubby , he wants this one Ha  we will see when he is finished .

So my love my garden , always something beautiful to see each day before winter comes knocking at the door .

Just picked these for the house  , Have a lovely week all.

  1. Hello Sweet June: It has been strange weather here also, very cool this past two days now into the 90s, I hope the year slows down for you and all.
I am so in love with the bear design, so sweet, I am looking forward to seeing it finished.
What are the purple and white flowers that look like poppies? just curious.

I still have a few roses in bloom and I'm happy about the hydrangeas. Nice when the garden is full of flowers.
We have summer lilacs in the front yard and there are a few bumblebees around.
    happy stitching,

  7. The weather is strange here also.
Some days very sunny & very hot, some day dark & big storms.
    Sometimes very foggy with smoke.
Fall is in the air though!

  8. Oh June, come è vero che volano i giorni! Qui è tanto caldo da non respirare, i fiori in giardino soffrono, ma ciò mi permette di ricamare!

  12. The days are passing by quickly and soon Christmas will be upon us. After Jacob's birthday next month I will start my Christmas shopping. I love to shop for what to get everyone but the prices have really gone up. I love your bear and snowman, they are cute. Sounds like you have been busy once again. How is your new furniture? I don't think we ever heard how you liked it.

Sorry your team lost but at least you got to eat your chocolate! :)
