Yes we are having some beautiful summer days .
The last week was a good week .
I have been working on a few projects this week. I broke all my plans on my stitching like I do every year. I am not so good at making plans.
Some days I stitch on large projects and other days on smaller ones.
I do kit out bags of stitching up so I can put my hand in the bag and pull out a new stitch. So when you start to get fed up in what you are stitching , I pull out a new stitch to add with my others , this works for me .
I have spent many hours outside the last week , there have been many types of birds and butterflies a couple of ladybirds . and I have been busy in my outside craft room sorting ,
The garden is alive with flowers even rose buds are ready to break out , so early this year .
I have also gone puzzle mad , so I have just finished a really large one of a 1,000 pieces of Italy.
I find it so relaxing for the mind.
Well a new week ahead of us .
We will be planning out our Summer planting , almost ready to put in our bedding plants very soon. Enjoy your lovely Spring .
The stich below is some thing I wanted to stitch for a long time.
But I don't have the name of the chart , it must have been in a Magazine some time ago and I just took the chart out
I am still having PC problems and with my photos . sill trying to fix it , but it's not perfect .
Enjoy a beautiful week .
I plan my stitching quite like you! The garden looks heavenly.

June - Love seeing your stitching progress and love seeing your garden. R
ReplyDeleteI would love to take a walk through your wonderfully blooming garden, dear June.
ReplyDeleteIt's a joy to see your garden pics; you've planted everything with so much love.
I don't have any plans for my embroidery, as i have several unfinished projects lying around depending on how much time i have, i work on different pieces.
I admire your patience with the puzzle, and i also like your emboidery project.
Hugs, Anna
That is a lovely puzzle.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photographs showing your garden.
All the best Jan
I love this key; it looks so mysteriously beautiful, and especially with the tendrils—a lovely motif. It makes me really want to do a puzzle again.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers in your garden. Have a wonderful start to May, Martina.
I also vary my plans to avoid getting bored, and you're right! Here in Italy it's hot, but it's also very windy, we don't know what to wear, and I keep getting a cold!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are having some lovely warm weather, June! We have such a dark gloomy rainy day here--really wanting true summer weather to arrive soon :) Nice progress on your stitching and your flowers are absolutely gorgeous. I hope your May is filled with sunshine and happy moments! ♥
ReplyDeleteDear June, I love your garden photos; they look like they're straight out of a magazine. Your embroidery goes perfectly with the little flowers on the key; it’s very romantic and your jigsaw puzzle seems to show a holiday home in the south.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful May and stay healthy, Erna
