Happy Easter all.
I love Easter the best time of the year with Spring coming in and flowers popping up all over the garden , I love to go into the garden every day to see what new flowers have come out to bloom , some flowers are old friends of mine . The blue bells were from my granddads garden .
We have had some lovely sunny days , but today rain, but we need it the garden is very dry .
I have been sorting out all my photos , my Grand daughter asked me for some photos of our pass family and more of all the family so she can now show her own family. It's sad that not many take photos today and take them just on phones , but it's not the same . So that's why I am going through them . Her children are now asking to see family members , she lives in another part of the country. My daughter only keeps up to date ones on her phone . And that's the problem today .
Ok lets see my Easter stitch I just finished last night , but I don't seem to get any final finishing done , so I must have a finishing year this year. all I need is some me time and that at the moment only at night . So I must take more time out of my busy day. lets see what I can do.
I brought the design from crocette a gogo shop I thought it was so pretty , I used a soft pink 28cnt .
It's a little deeper pink than the photo.
Innamorati a Pasqua
A few more stitches in my big stitch , the nest is growing.
Lovely Easter cards from friends Andrea , Gabi and Ena .
Flowers open each new day.
Have a lovely week all.
Happy Easter June. We have rain at the moment, not much but it will be enough to wet the garden a little.
ReplyDeleteI do love seeing photos of your garden as it is always so pretty June. As is your stitching. I love easter too - I love all the pretty pastels & the bunnies, even though we are in autumn here - it still feels lovely. Wishing you a wonderful Easter dear June. xx ♥️
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter Wishes ... your Easter Cards look very nice.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Happy Blessed Easter June and Family: It is a shame that people do not take photos with a camara, I still do, the photos seem so much livelier. Love the Easter stitch, the cards are so lovely, I should try making one soon.
ReplyDeleteLovely progress on your big stitch. Thank-you for the lovely photos of your garden, so refreshing.

Gorgeous captures. Happy Easter to you from a 68 year old lady living in Montreal, Canada 🇨🇦 😀
ReplyDeleteHow lovely to read that you have flowers from grandfathers garden.
ReplyDeleteHow i envy you. They will bring back many wonderful
memories of your childhood. The embroidered Easter picture is delightful,
i love it. You received lovingly designed Easter cards.
I send my warmest greetings on Easter Monday.
Wishing you time to stitch and all what you love, hugs Anna
I still take photos with a real camera. I am the only one in our group of friends who does. What a sweet Easter stitch. You received lovely Easter cards. Your garden is lovely.
ReplyDeleteWe finally had some rain, but a little more would be even better for the garden.
ReplyDeleteOh, that's a sweet Easter motif. And what pretty cards.
Our garden is blooming more and more, the lilacs are already in the starting blocks, and I can hardly wait until they're in full bloom. It smells wonderful, too.
Have a great time, Martina
Hello June,
ReplyDeletelast night we had some rain. It is good for the garden and the nature.
Your Easter motif is so cute.
Have a nice week. Manuela
Your flowers are so lovely ! and your stitching is very nice... I understand you when you talk about photos on the phone. When my grandmother died in 2020 I was so happy to get her photos (some of them were taken in the end of 19th century !) and they are a treasure for me...
ReplyDeleteOh, what a darling Easter finish, June--I just love those soft pastel colors. Such cute cards you received as well... I hope your Easter was nice--we were with my grandson so it's always a fun time! Enjoy your day and those lovely flowers! ♥
ReplyDeleteYour Easter piece is darling and yes, that nest is coming along nicely. I agree, all photos are on the phones these days. Nothing like getting the albums out on a raining weekend and passing them around to each other. Another “change” I am not too happy with.
