July !
Is it really med July or is someone playing games ?
I have a feeling the world is spinning faster. so the days are passing
by far to fast .
Or I am getting slower ! I try and plan my day out but it never
works .
The phone is always ringing and we do get allot of visitors .
But it is good to talk and see friends and family .
So that's why I am playing catch up each week , but I would never change it,
So this week I have been working on a few cards and lots more .
I have been watching the tennis to, and the football .
Chelsea won the word cup , they are our team , so really happy.
Tennis was so good to.
I have had a good sort out in my craft room and have given bags of things to my local knitting group to help them make money for our Life saving boats , we live near the sea and they work so hard saving lives . The girls at the group Knit Natter , knit and stich so much
I also like to add things for them to .
So what have I been stitching , lots of cards and sorting out the stitching for next month . I want to start adding some Christmas stitching . The way the months are flying it will soon be here.
This month I have been stamping and painting .
I will be back with my stitching soon , and may now and again .
More card stamping and painting its such fun.
Now a few photos of the garden , it's been so hot to even stitch much.
Hi June, I totally agree how fast the weeks are going and here in NZ we are half through winter already! Isn't it a great feeling to have a sort out through your craft stash, I need to get back to doing some of mine too. Enjoy the rest of your week xx
ReplyDeleteGosh the colours in your garden are so vibrant June. Your baskets always look stunning. Your stitchery is always beautiful too. Yes July is going by so very fast. xx
ReplyDeleteOh, how great! Stamping and painting are also very interesting and can create beautiful things.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely week. It's cloudy and cool here today, not my kind of weather at all. I'd like it a bit warmer, just not too hot.
Martina
Time is certainly not standing still, and neither are you by the sounds of your busy life. Lovely stamping and beautiful flowers
ReplyDeleteYep this year is flying by! Your flowers are lovely as always, hope you enjoy the rest of the week x
ReplyDeleteYes, the days and weeks seem to whizz by!
ReplyDeleteI did enjoy the tennis and for once rain didn't stop play ... in fact the heat did on a few occasions!
Your stamping and painting looks very nice and your flowers are beautiful.
All the best Jan
Your cards with stamping and painting are wonderful.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers in your garden.
Enjoy the day, Manuela
I do agree, time passes very quickly. You're already thinking about Christmas cards, that's a good idea. Your painted flower cards look great with your beautiful garden flowers. Nature is enjoying the current weather, with everything turning green and blooming.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend, Erna
I agree too: time flies by, but you are very, very busy and do everything inside and outside the house.
ReplyDeleteBig hugs,
Miriam
Good for you for sorting out your craft room and donating so much stash, June! It's always interesting what turns up when you organize, don't you think? Things you've totally forgotten about. Your cards are lovely and the flowers beautiful. Out entire garden has fizzled this year due to the tons of rain and then the extreme heat. Oh well... not much else to do, but stay inside and stitch :) Hope you're having a relaxing weekend, my friend! ♥
ReplyDeleteImagine, after a scorching hot June, it now rains every day and the weather is perfect. It's amazing how the weather changes. The postcards are beautiful; it must be fun to paint them.
